Tae Kwon Do – is a Korean Martial Art dating back to 50 BC. When
translated Tae means “to kick” or “to
strike with the foot”, Kwon means “to
punch” or “to strike with the hand”, and Do means “art,
way or path of”. Together Tae Kwon Do means “the art of kicking
and punching”. Tae Kwon Do stresses more kicking than other
martial art forms, but still has any and all other techniques such
as blocking, open hand strikes, sweeps, throws, rolls, etc.
The World Tae Kwon Do Federation – is the central governing body

Kyu Uhm is the current President of The WTF.
World Chang Moo Kwan Association – is one of eight original, traditional
Tae Kwon Do schools formed within the WTF. It is our root
Tae Kwon Do system, and Great Grand Master Soon Bae Kim is the
current President of the World Chang Moo Kwan Association.
International Black Belt Federation – founded by our Great Grand
Master Instructor, Moo Yong Yun, 9th Degree WTF/Kukkiwon Certified
Black Belt. Great Grand Master Yun came to the United States
in 1974, has taught traditional Tae Kwon Do since this time, and
