Kumdo-Kumbub

KUMDO – Korean art of the Sport Sword
KUMBUB – Korean art of the Real Sword

KumdoThis Ancient Korean Art form of Asian fencing, is the equivalent of Japanese Kendo with the use of a bamboo sword (jukdo), wooden sword (mokgum) and a sharpened steel sword (jingum).

Training in this art develops ultimate physical conditioning, stress release, mental concentration, strength, agility and speed. It is a challenge that develops discipline, confidence, achievement and leadership.

Young and old can benfit from the discipline of Kum Do and Kum Bub.

No experience or skill level required, but potential students must be interviewed by instructor before joining.

Youth & Adult
Tuesdays 7:45-8:45 pm
Thursdays 8:45-9:30 pm

during the summer months
(June, July, August)

Our Summer Session starts on Tuesday, June 1 and runs through August 31, 2010.

We combine classes for the summer and only hold them on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The class times remain the same as they are throughout the year on these two days.
