Monthly fees should be paid at the first class meeting of each month unless special arrangements have been made with Grand Master Spencer and/or Grand Master Cindy.  Any fees not paid by the 15th of each month will have a late fee of $5.00 applied.

These fees are based month to month and not number of classes in each month.  We would like to offer 8 classes per month, but it does not always work out that way.  Some months may have as little as 6 classes and some may have as many 10.  The number of classes given in a year has always balanced out, often in the student’s favor.

Fees are not pro-rated for absences.  The extra work on the instructors’ part and the cost to bring in additional instructors to prepare the students is done at no additional cost to the students or their parents.

Should we ever have to cancel classes due to Holidays, extreme weather conditions, illness, or other acts of God, we will give some kind of advanced notice to the students.

Should we ever have to cancel, the classes will be made up.  These make-ups may not mean additional classes but rather with increased instruction by additional assistant instructors.  In some cases where we have canceled classes for Christmas and summer breaks, we may have scheduled camps to make up this time.
